EthoSource Outfits Freedom Freightliner’s New Office in Spokane, Wash.

August 31, 2010 – When Freedom Freightliner in Spokane, Wash., needed to outfit its new office with pre-owned/refurbished furniture in just six weeks, General Manager Larry Pearson turned to EthoSource of Morgantown, Pa. He was not disappointed.  EthoSource’s holistic team approach to refurbished office furniture solutions meant that Pearson didn’t have to worry about the logistics of planning the layout of the office, coordinating the shipment of furniture from many locations, refurbishing the cubicles, desks and chairs and installing them in time for the office opening.

“It was one-stop-shopping,” Pearson says. “We were getting both used and refurbished furniture at a huge savings – probably 50 percent less—and there was great communication throughout the process. Once we saw the photos, I flew out to the East coast and met with them to work on design. Our salesman was there, as well as the person ordering the furniture and the person doing the layout. In a couple hours, we were able to design everything, and it was a great experience for me.”

A large part of the value that EthoSource provides is in the process and the people. From the outset, each customer is assigned a team of dedicated professionals including a sales representative, a designer/space planner and a project manager. This makes a potentially complicated process simple, since each team member provides expert guidance through the process of selecting the right furniture for an office space, making sure it fits just right and ensuring that it arrives and gets assembled when the customer needs it.

“This process is really what separates EthoSource from the rest of the used cubicle world,” says John Gallen, EthoSource president. “Our attention to detail ensures that your experience will be hassle free, enjoyable and most importantly, will result in an office space that looks great, is extremely functional and allows you to focus on the business of your company.”

“Our office is now the nicest one around,” Pearson said. “It’s impressive. But when people say, ‘Wow that’s ritzy!’ I turn around and tell them it’s all used and refurbished furniture. Then they’re really amazed.”

EthoSource, LLC, the Pennsylvania based company that designed and completed the project, utilizes pre-owned and refurbished office furniture to create professional workspaces at exceptional value. Their professional team is dedicated to supporting the entire office furniture process – from design to installation – with the goal of providing smart, sustainable and affordable office furniture solutions that exceed expectations.
