Being Green With EthoSource

In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, EthoSource has made several modifications to our warehouse and the way we operate as a company.

Our facility is around 100,000 square feet, that is a lot of area to keep lit. In an effort to lower our energy usage we installed sensored lights that are triggered by motion. When a portion of the warehouse is unattended, the lights remain off until someone walks into that area. In all of our bathrooms we recently installed hand dryers to reduce the use of paper towels. We have our own in-house corrugate bundler to make it easier to recycle all of our corrugate. We also have a large bin outside of our warehouse that is designated for pieces of scrap metal to be recycled. As well as the items listed above, the EthoSource employees practice recycling on a daily basis. There are recycling bins scattered everywhere throughout the premises for plastics, papers and more.
